This page explains what Island Fastpitch collects through this website and how it is used. Last updated September 18, 2026.
What we collect
- Registrations, waivers and sign-ups: the names, email addresses and phone numbers you enter, and the player details each form asks for.
- Store orders and payments: your name, contact details and what you ordered. Card payments are handled by Square. Your card number goes straight to Square and is never stored by this site.
- Text a Score: coaches who sign up give a mobile number, used to receive scores and to send score reminders and schedule changes. See Text a Score Privacy and Text a Score Terms. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
- Alerts: the contact details you give when you sign up for league alerts.
- Site visits: a simple count of page visits, so we can see which pages are used.
Your browser also keeps a few things for the site, such as your store cart and, for coaches and league staff, your sign-in.
How it is used
To run the league: schedules, contacting coaches and families, handling registrations, payments and orders, and posting results. We do not sell personal information.
Who else handles it
Hosting and data storage (Vercel and Google Firebase), Square for card payments, Twilio for text messages, and an email delivery service for emails the site sends. They handle data only to provide those services.
What is public
Team names, schedules, scores, standings and team rosters (player names, jersey numbers and positions) are shown on the site. Contact details are not.
