Text a Score: Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Island Fastpitch Text a Score service, operated for Island Fastpitch by Always Competing Sports LLC, trading as Main Line Web Design.
What we collect. The mobile phone number of each coach or umpire the league has added to the score reporting list, the name and team the league has on file for that number, and the content of the text messages sent to and from the score reporting number.
How we use it. Only to run the service: to recognise which team a text is about, record game scores on islandfastpitch.com, reply to the sender, send at most one reminder when a game's score has not been reported, and help the league office resolve a disputed or incorrect score.
What we never do. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text message content with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Service providers. Messages are delivered through Twilio, and scores are stored with the league's website hosting provider. They process this information only to deliver the service.
Retention. Message logs are kept for up to 90 days so the league office can check a disputed score, then deleted.
Your choices. Reply STOP to (631) 900-3893 to stop receiving messages. To have your number removed from the list, email adam@mainline-webdesign.com.
