Program name: Island Fastpitch Text a Score
What it is. Island Fastpitch coaches and umpires can text game results to the league's score reporting number, (631) 900-3893. The service records the score on islandfastpitch.com, confirms it by text, answers questions about schedules, scores and standings, and may send one reminder when a game's score has not been reported.
Who can use it. Only mobile numbers that a coach or umpire has given to Island Fastpitch, and that the league administrator has added to the score reporting list, can send or receive messages.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You receive a reply each time you text the number, and at most one reminder per game when no score has been reported.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Island Fastpitch does not charge for this service.
How to stop. Reply STOP to (631) 900-3893 at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
