Terms of Use

This website belongs to Island Fastpitch and is operated for us by Mainline Web Design. By using the site, registering, or paying through it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are registering a player under 18, you confirm you are that player's parent or legal guardian, or a coach or manager with the parent's permission.

• A registration or entry is complete when the form is submitted and the fee or deposit is paid. Until then a spot is not held.
• Fees are shown on the registration page before you pay. Any convenience or processing fee is shown there too.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Island Fastpitch directly; email mike.islandusssa@gmail.com.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, including player ages, eligibility, and contact details.
• Island Fastpitch may decline, move, or remove an entry that does not meet its rules or age requirements, and will say why.

Coach, manager, and admin logins and team codes are for the person they were issued to. Keep them private. Anything done through your login is treated as done by you. Tell us right away if you think someone else has it.

Results on the site are posted as reported and may be corrected. Standings and seeds are not official until Island Fastpitch confirms them. Tiebreakers follow the organization's published rules, and the organization's decision on a result is final.

When you submit scores, rosters, team names, logos, photos, or messages, you give Island Fastpitch permission to publish them on this site and in its own communications for as long as it keeps the record. You confirm you have the right to submit them. For photos that show minors, you confirm you have the permission of each player's parent or guardian. Do not submit anything false, abusive, or that belongs to someone else.

You may use the site to look up and take part in Island Fastpitch programs. You may not scrape it, copy it in bulk, try to get around its logins, submit false reports, or interfere with how it runs. We may block access that breaks these rules.

Taking part in Island Fastpitch programs is also subject to the organization's rules, codes of conduct, and any waiver or release you sign during registration. Those documents govern play; these terms govern the website.

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but schedules change, weather happens, and mistakes get made. To the extent the law allows, Island Fastpitch and Mainline Web Design are not liable for losses that come from using the site or from errors in what it shows. Nothing here limits rights the law does not let us limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of New York.
